This week at Central School:
Thursday--The Statewide GREAT SHAKE OUT drill.  At 10:20, the students will participate in an earthquake/tsunami drill!
Friday--PICTURE Day!  Wear your best clothes :)
October means Halloween and Trunk or Treat!  What's trunk or treat?  Well--it is a great opportunity for parents and families to get involved with a school wide tradition!  We are looking for parent volunteers to participate in the Trunk-or-Treat Ghost Walk on October 31st from 1:30-2:15!  Bring your vehicle, decorate your trunk (not required!), wear a costume (or not), and pass out treats to ALL the students at Central School as they go on a Ghost Walk and Trunk-or-Treat.  Information comes home frequently--and we are getting lots of parent volunteers---have you signed up yet?
School Picture Day is October 21, 2016!  
Central School is a School of Hope--all kids can succeed, NO EXCEPTIONS, NO EXCUSES!  The staff is devoted to making the students feel confident and comfortable, and encouraging SUCCESS!  The Home Visits in August were an amazing success and all students at Central School has been welcomed with a smile and enthusiastic high-five!
