All candidates are asked to complete and submit the district application form and the disclosure forms. All forms can be found on the district website. Only completed applications will be considered.
Employees of the Hoquiam School District who wish to apply for a position must submit a formal letter of application for each specific job to the District Office no later than4:00 p.m. on the date specified. If it is a job classification change,a district application must be completed as part of the process.
