School Improvement Plan

The Hoquiam School District and Hoquiam Middle School are using the school improvement process to increase student achievement. Hoquiam Middle School has a building leadership team to facilitate our staff through data analysis, goal setting, research, and the implementation of an Action Plan that reflects the needs of our students. The school improvement process is a critical part of our school’s work to establish Professional Learning Communities within our school as the foundation for the change process. This is a highly collaborative process requiring a shared commitment to increasing student learning over time.
