The 2015 Wall of Distinction Ceremony was held on Thursday, September 17, 2015. The following individuals were recognized for making a substantial and significant contribution to the Hoquiam School District: Paul McMillan, Don Spencer (Ada Spencer accepted award), Gary Geddes, Paul Macan, Dan Descher, Christy Gregory, Pat Wingert, Rich Wingert and Stan Pinnick.
Senior Kennedy Gwin and Junior Katie Mudd were sworn in as the Student Representatives to the Hoquiam School Board at the June 17, 2015 meeting. They joined the board as non-voting members acting in an advisory role.

The Hoquiam School District is intent on providing a safe learning environment for its students and employees. Board Policy 3207 helps to ensure that this happens. The following procedures will address possible HIB complaints.
